Cancellation policy: In order to ensure an optimal learning experience, this course has strict limits on minimum and maximum numbers of students. If you find that you can’t attend the program, we request that you let us know as early as possible. Cancellations or reschedules requested less than four weeks before the first web session will incur a penalty of 50% of the amount paid. Substitutions may be made up to the start of the first web session. We regret that refunds or substitutions are not possible after the start of the first web session.

Payment policy: In order to guarantee a training slot and any applicable discounts, all invoices must be paid within seven business days of receipt (a payment link will be provided). If you need to pay via check or a PO issued to ProChain, those arrangements must be made within the same seven days.

Guarantee: If you attend the on-site course and are not satisfied, we will refund your tuition in full, no questions asked. Please contact us if you have special concerns about these policies.
